Beach Bum/ Shannon '17
Shannon and I have known each other for years now and it seems like every shoot tops the last, and this one wasn't any different. A solid 90% of our work done together is done with a 35mm lens, but with all the inspiration photos Shannon was showing me, I could tell she's been liking the 85mm focal length more. So I brought my 85 and we snapped some photos with that which we both thought came out awesome.
It's in the beginning of beach season in New Jersey so finding an empty beach in Long Beach Island is going to become harder and harder but somehow we managed to find this one with some large dunes. Some nice 1pm beach sunlight, yep I just called that light nice, and a pretty warm day and we could already feel the day was going to be a good one. And if you were wondering where those awesome denim jeans were from, they're from Carmar!
