Pat & Kayce/ Princeton University Engagement

It's always a unique pleasure when people you’ve known for years get engaged. I first met Kayce through mutual friends who tied the knot not too long ago. We all attended their wedding, and that’s when Pat and I started talking about engagement photos.

Recently, I had the opportunity to capture Kayce and Pat's engagement session at Princeton University. It was a scorching 100 degrees, and we sweated a ton, but the fun we had was totally worth it. Running through Princeton with these two was a blast. Their love for each other is intense and genuine, making every shot special. And let's not forget Pat's really bad dad jokes, which added an extra layer of fun to the session.

This shoot was also an opportunity for me to experiment with my 50mm lens again, stepping out of my usual gear comfort zone.

I’m already looking forward to photographing their wedding next year at the Inn at Barley Sheaf. It's going to be another fantastic chapter in their love story, and I can’t wait to capture it!
