A Sunset At Bear Mountain/ Angela Grace

I haven't done a ton of personal work this summer because of wedding season but as soon as it started to slow down, I got a hold of Angela and we took a drive up to one of my favorite places... Bear Mountain, New York. It's the closest I can get to feeling like I'm in the Pacific Northwest in a two hour radius, besides the Delaware Water Gap.

Anyways, golden hour up there was perfect, but cold. We drove over the Bear Mountain Bridge and stopping at the pull off, we got out of the car and walked a little down the road to have a view of the bridge from overhead. Got a few honks but that's a given photographing on the side of a busy road.

Seeing that we were losing sunlight fast, we made our way to the Perkin's Memorial Tower so we'd be able to see the sunset from the top of the mountain. It was even colder for sure, but Angela was a trooper and stuck through it.
