Being a San Francisco native, Anna moved to Chicago over the winter. Traveling all over the country, her next stop was NYC. She sent me a message through Instagram and the first spot that popped into my head was Coney Island, NY. Neither of us have been there before but this place is so rich in history. My mother even told me it was my late grandmother's favorite place to go when she was a child. The amusement park was unfortunately closed during the week because it's still early in the season so Anna and I shot all down the boardwalk and pier. Definitely planning another trip up there when it's warmer and everything is open. For the first time being there, I'm already in love with this place.
